Modular operational software · UK fire and rescue
Modern operational software for UK fire and rescue.
A modern platform for fire and rescue, starting with premises risk information. MORIS is our first module — configurable, MDT-ready, and audit-trailed throughout.

MORIS.
Management of Operational Risk Information.
MORIS replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, paper site plans, and legacy premises systems most fire services are still relying on — with a modern, configurable platform that meets crews where they actually are: in the appliance, at the incident.
01
PORIS-aligned risk scoring
The standard NFCC framework, baked in: six risk groups, the 5×5 matrix, Level 4 auto-creating parallel SSRI and Tactical Plan jobs. Override where your service does it differently — every change is audit-trailed.
02
Configurable, not prescriptive
The Built Environment template ships with twelve sections and 241 fields, but it's a starting point — not a straitjacket. Build your own templates with the form builder, or fork the defaults to fit your service's risk model.
03
MDT-ready
Premises information renders cleanly on mobile data terminals in the appliance, not just on back-office screens. Crews see what they need, formatted for the cab, not paginated for an A4 print.
04
Interactive site plans
Multi-floor plans with plottable hazards, control measures, and isolation points. Markers stay linked to the SSRI hazard records — update one, the other updates with it.
05
Self-contained exports
Premises packages export as standalone HTML — fully viewable offline, with all images and plans embedded. Crews who lose signal at the incident still have everything they walked in with.
06
Audit-trailed by default
Every read, edit and approval is logged. Every version is recoverable. Risk Information Managers can override workflow steps where operational realities demand it — but every override leaves a record.
02About
Provisionary Software.
Provisionary Software was founded by a serving fire officer in the UK fire and rescue service. We started by solving the problems that kept hitting us at incidents — out-of-date paper site plans, slow PDFs on the Mobile Data Terminal, premises information that was always one or two updates behind reality. That work became MORIS, our first module.
We're building deliberately, module by module, with a strong opinion about how operational software should feel: it should be a tool, not an obstacle.
